The only thing consistent about Noel Ramos' events are the failure rate - and this years attempt in Philadelphia was no exception. With little more than a handful of musicians in attendance, Ramos has "threatened" to remove the event from where its called home since 2003. I have a feeling it won't be missed, especially by a city that didn't notice it was there to begin with.
Earlier this year Ramos took issue with the popular musician website SonicBids and their quality control. It was a battle he again lost.
